Faculty Members:
· New faculty members:
1- Register from here as faculty member.
2- An e-mail will be sent to you after the approval of your Head of Department on you registration as a faculty member.
3- Sign in and click on Conferences or Seminars Form.
4- Fulfill the Conferences or Seminars Form, and then click on send.
5- The application shall obtain the approval of your Head of Department, College Dean, and then Rector.
6- After the approval follow up your application from here.
Already faculty member: Sign in and click on Conferences or Seminars Form.
Head of Departments: if you don’t have account, please contact your College Dean in order to create one for you.
College Deans: if don’t have account, please contact Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim Al Nafisa, System Administrator of Vice-Rectorate of Academic Study and Scientific Research, in order to create account for you.
