Regarding to the keenness of solving and avoiding IT issues, Deanship of IT and Distance Learning has created Technical Support Administration. The administration includes a specialists in each problems field.
On the other hand, Technical Support Administration built a technical support system on the University e-Portal. The system login requires University e-mail account. IT complains are received through three means, which are University e-mail account, technical support system or by phone. Then, each complain is documented and sent to the concerned department. I.e. Technical Support Department, Network Department, University e-Portal Department, Applications Department or Data Center Department.
