In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Praise be to Allah, by whose grace good deeds are done, and prayers and peace be upon those who were sent to fulfill the virtues of morality, our Prophet Muhammad, his God and all his companions. After that، In the heart of a homeland that knows no impossible, an ambitious vision is embodied that outlines the contours of our promising future – the kingdom's Vision 2030. It is this vision that has made man the focus of development and the basis of Renaissance. Hence, from Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, we are not on the sidelines of this historical transformation, but at the forefront of it; we are not just keeping up, but makers of this future. Our role goes beyond the walls of classrooms, our task is to forge minds capable of global leadership, and graduate national competencies that not only contribute to the knowledge economy, but lead it. This lofty ambition is accepted only by an absolute commitment to excellence, and here the role of the Deanship of development and quality emerges not as an administrative tool, but as a strategic compass that guides our path to the top. Our mission at the deanship is to move from a culture of "good performance" to a passion of "absolute mastery". Our journey does not stop at improving procedures, but it is an ardent March that begins with the development that touches our reality, passes through the quality that ensures the excellence of our outputs, and proceeds towards innovation that is ahead of its time, up to the leadership that puts our university in the place it deserves among the World Monuments of science. Every academic accreditation we receive is not just a paper, but a medal of honor that confirms our global status. And every workshop we organize is an investment in our most precious asset: our human cadres. Every digital system we launch is fuel that accelerates the engine of our operational efficiency. Therefore, out of a sense of partnership and shared responsibility, I extend my invitations today to my colleagues, thought leaders of the faculty, partners of success in the administrative body, and to my sons and daughters of students, who are the goal of our ambition. Quality is not a department in an organizational structure, but a conviction in the conscience of each of us. I invite you to work together as an invincible team, united in purpose, complementary in roles. Let's make Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University a beacon of knowledge that does not dim its light, a factory for leaders to make a difference, and a beating heart in the body of our great homeland.
