Within the framework of the Deanship of development and quality's efforts to establish a culture of total quality, and as a strategic step aimed at raising student response rates in opinion polls across the various faculties of the University; the deanship launched a qualitative interactive initiative represented in the involvement and empowerment of a group of "quality elite" students to carry out comprehensive field tours inside the university campus and its colleges, aimed at collecting and completing the evaluation questionnaires data for the academic year 1447 Ah. This practical step comes in recognition of the importance of building effective communication channels between students and Quality Management, where the students of the "quality elite" took responsibility for raising direct awareness to their peers of the importance of active participation in surveys, and demonstrating the positive impact of these participations in the improvement of academic and administrative services. This field initiative aimed to achieve a set of institutional goals, most notably: * Improving response indicators: overcoming traditional challenges in data collection through direct student communication, which contributes to expanding the segment of participants and ensuring obtaining accurate and representative samples for all faculties. * Feedback monitoring: field and direct listening to suggestions and observations, and using them as basic inputs to improve the educational environment and support services. * Strengthening academic partnership: integrating students into the core of development and quality assurance processes, developing teamwork skills and a sense of corporate responsibility. In this context, the deanship stressed that the integration of the student community in the measurement and evaluation mechanisms is a key pillar for continuous development, stressing that the opinions of students are the actual guide to improve performance and meet the aspirations of the university community. This participatory vision was translated through the slogan under which the initiative was launched: "Your voice makes the difference... and your participation makes the difference." This methodology reflects the commitment of the Deanship of development and quality to adopt the best academic practices in the institutional calendar, and its keenness to enable students to be effective partners in the University's journey towards achieving institutional excellence and overall upgrading the level of outputs.
