The Deanship of Development and Quality Organized a Training Workshop Entitled "Operational Plans for Academic Departments and Administrative Units"

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of academic and administrative performance, the Deanship of Development and Quality (DDQ) at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University organized a training workshop titled "Operational Plans for Academic Departments and Administrative Units." The workshop was delivered by Dr. Hasna Al-Baroudi, Vice Dean of the DDQ for the Female Section, on Monday, 30 Shawwal 1446 AH, corresponding to April 28, 2025, via Zoom. The workshop aimed to develop participants' skills in preparing effective operational plans, covering key topics including the stages of building an operational plan, preparing operational performance reports, and the essential foundations for successful plan implementation. The session witnessed notable engagement from participants, reflecting the university community’s commitment to advancing institutional work in line with the highest standards of quality and excellence.
