Workshop titled "Interaction and Communication Tools in the Blackboard”

The Deanship of Development and Quality (DDQ), in collaboration with the Deanship of Educational Services, organized a workshop titled "Interaction and Communication Tools in the Blackboard" for the university's faculty members. The workshop aimed to familiarize participants with the concept of interaction and communication in e-learning, emphasizing the importance of electronic interaction and communication between university professors and students. It also covered the differences between interaction and communication in e-learning and traditional education, as well as the classification of interaction types in e-learning environments. The workshop included practical applications of the interaction and communication tools available on the Blackboard platform, allowing participants to effectively integrate these tools into their teaching methods. The workshop was presented by Dr. Maha Abdulaziz Al-Abdulkarim, an expert in e-learning, on Wednesday, 18/05/1446 AH, corresponding to 20/11/2024, via Zoom.
