on Tuesday and Wednesday 2025 /11/11-12 the meeting was addressed to all university authorities in order to discuss the required updates for the annual report data collection forms, which were held in the training hall at the Deanship of development and quality. The committee stressed that the analysis of the annual reports data contributes to enhancing transparency and supporting decision-making, noting that the recent results reflect the University's efforts in developing the work system and improving the quality of services provided to students and faculty members. The highlights of the workshop include: 1) discussion of general observations related to the mechanism of preparing the annual report for the year 2025. 2) analyze the common weaknesses in the annual reports of Saudi universities, and discuss ways to benefit from them in the development of the annual report of the University. 3) review and discuss the forms and data related to the departments belonging to the president of the University, uploaded to the (One Drive) of the forms of the annual report of the Office of the president of the University. 4) agreement to set the deadline for completing and submitting all forms of the annual report, to be by the end of the working day on Sunday, corresponding to 23/11/2025.
