The Strategic Planning Department is responsible for managing, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of the University's initiatives, and for representing the
University in all matters related to initiatives before the Vision Realization Office at the Ministry of Education. The Department is also responsible for developing the
University's long- and short-term strategic plans, as well as those of its affiliated sectors. In addition, it formulates implementation, monitoring, and evaluation plans to
ensure the effective execution of the University's strategic objectives and the achievement of high standards of performance and productivity.
