The University is currently undertaking a comprehensive update of its Strategic Plan, encompassing all academic, administrative, and operational areas. To support this initiative, dedicated working teams have been formed, comprising the University's senior leadership, administrative staff, and faculty members. These teams are responsible for coordinating, integrating, and implementing strategic initiatives while ensuring the achievement of the University's objectives according to a clearly defined timeline.
The Strategic Planning Committees are entrusted with developing an integrated institutional strategy that is fully aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. Their responsibilities include prioritizing strategic projects, establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conducting regular reviews of the University's strategic performance. The Department also collaborates closely with colleges, supporting deanships, and administrative units to develop their strategic and operational plans in alignment with the University's vision, mission, and strategic objectives through continuous monitoring of achievements and implementation plans.
Furthermore, the leadership of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University places great emphasis on conducting periodic reviews throughout the implementation of the Strategic Plan according to predefined timelines. These reviews aim to ensure the effective execution of the plan by identifying strengths and areas for improvement based on available performance data, assessing the level of achievement of strategic initiatives and activities, and evaluating the impact of any changes in the University's internal and external environments.
