Vision

To foster excellence in strategic thinking and build effective partnerships that drive impactful initiatives for the University.

Mission

To provide technical support and continuously update the University's strategic plans and those of its affiliated sectors, while maintaining effective coordination with relevant stakeholders to develop initiatives that serve the University and the local community through qualified human resources and advanced technologies.

Objectives

1. Maintain effective communication and coordination with the Vision Realization Office and ensure compliance with its requirements.
2. Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the University's initiatives, establish their implementation priorities, and align them with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
3. Align all initiatives with the University's strategic objectives to support their achievement.
4. Review and evaluate initiatives proposed by the University's various sectors.
5. Continuously update the University's Strategic Plan.
6. Develop mechanisms for measuring strategic performance across the University.
7. Promote a culture of strategic planning among University staff.
8. Provide consultation and technical support to the University's organizational units in the areas of strategic planning and performance measurement.
9. Coordinate among the University's organizational units to facilitate the implementation of the University's strategic objectives.
10. Propose strategic initiatives and development projects that contribute to achieving the University's goals.
