The Deanship of Development and Quality (DDQ) organized a training workshop entitled “Enhancing the Efficiency of Survey Analysis to Support Quality and Academic Accreditation.” The workshop was held as part of the Deanship’s efforts to strengthen data analysis capabilities and promote the effective use of survey results in supporting the university’s quality and academic accreditation system. The workshop aimed to introduce participants to the role of surveys and basic sampling methods within the quality and accreditation system. It also sought to enhance their skills in statistically analyzing survey data using Excel and SPSS, linking the results to institutional and program accreditation standards, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs). The workshop also addressed methods for preparing concise, professional reports that present results in a manner that supports decision-making, identifying improvement priorities based on survey findings, and developing actionable implementation plans. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Galal Abdulqader Al-Aashari, a consultant to the DDQ and Supervisor of the Statistics and Information Unit, on Wednesday, 27 Rabi’ Al-Awwal 1448 AH, corresponding to September 9, 2026, via Microsoft Teams.
