The Deanship of development and quality held an expanded meeting of the vice deans of the faculties and the vice deans of the supporting deaneries at the University, on Tuesday 11/11/1447 H corresponding to 28/4/2026 ad. In order to identify the procedures of the quality assurance system and strengthen the mechanisms of its application in accordance with the approved academic standards. The meeting began with a welcoming speech by His Excellency Dr. Ziad bin Saeed Al Malki, dean of development and quality, in which he stressed the importance of integrating efforts between various academic and administrative entities, stressing the pivotal role played by the quality assurance system in improving teaching and learning outcomes, raising the efficiency of institutional performance, and achieving academic accreditation requirements. The meeting dealt with a comprehensive explanation of the current procedures followed in the quality assurance system, which was presented by Her Excellency Dr. Ghada bint Salem Abu Salem, undersecretary of quality at the Deanship of development and quality, discussing the most prominent challenges facing their implementation, in addition to putting forward a number of development proposals that would enhance the effectiveness of the system, and standardize practices between colleges and supporting deaneries.
