The Standing Committee for the preparation of the self-study for institutional accreditation held its regular meeting on Tuesday 2026/6/24, chaired by the dean of development and quality, in order to follow up the progress of work in the preparation of the self-study and complete the requirements of institutional accreditation according to the approved time plan. During the meeting, the dean stressed the importance of intensifying efforts during the coming period, and working in a team spirit to ensure the completion of all the required evidence and documents, in addition to completing the processing of letters and reports necessary to send to the concerned authorities, stressing the need to provide them by next Tuesday at the latest; to contribute to the completion of requirements according to the specified schedule. The committee also discussed the most prominent proposals and executive steps that will be worked on after receiving the results of the independent opinion on the self-study reports, where it was emphasized to prepare a detailed work plan that includes the distribution of tasks and responsibilities among the concerned entities and individuals, to ensure the speed of processing observations and meeting the required requirements with high efficiency. The meeting touched upon the importance of using consultants and specialists during the next stage in order to enhance the quality of outputs and speed up the pace of work, in addition to supporting the work teams in addressing the feedback received from the concerned entity, and making the necessary adjustments to achieve the requirements of institutional accreditation and raise the University's readiness to complete the accreditation stages successfully. At the end of the meeting, the Dean praised the efforts exerted by the members of the committee and the task forces, stressing that the next stage requires more coordination and cooperation to ensure the completion of all requirements on time and achieve the desired goals.
