• The University has secured a number of patents across diverse scientific fields, granted by accredited intellectual property authorities, organizations, and patent offices at both the national and international levels.
• The College of Applied Medical Sciences won the Gold Medal at the Health Expo held as part of “Tabuk University Hackathon 2” for an innovative solution that preserves blood samples during transportation without the need for electricity or ice, thereby enhancing sample integrity and improving laboratory efficiency.
• The College of Medicine achieved first place among 64 oral presentations at the 8th Student Research Day, organized by Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University with the participation of 23 universities across the Kingdom. This achievement reflects the excellence of the University's students in scientific research and innovation.
• Represented by the College of Engineering, the University signed a cooperation agreement with ECC to strengthen integration between engineering education and industrial applications in the fields of manufacturing, contracting, and technological innovation.
• The University won three international medals (two Gold and one Bronze) at the 2026 Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, an achievement that highlights the excellence of its scientific research, the competence of its national talents, and its contribution to advancing innovation and the knowledge economy in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
• The University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Electronic Photonics to collaborate in research, development, and product innovation, supporting innovation and strengthening partnerships with the industrial sector.
• The University signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Interior in the fields of education, training, research, innovation, and digital solutions, reinforcing strategic partnerships and joint efforts to develop national capabilities.
• The University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SAMI L3Harris Technologies to collaborate on the localization of an emerging technology and the development of national capabilities in advanced technological fields, supporting the objectives of technological advancement and innovation.
• The University became the first Arab university to participate with a hydrogen-powered vehicle in the Shell Eco-marathon 2026, successfully passing more than 120 technical inspections on the first attempt, demonstrating the excellence of its teams and its leadership in innovation and sustainable technologies.
