Mission:
The Unit seeks to contribute to control the educational process through carrying out the tasks and activities which are assigned by the college deanship. This will contribute to provide a learning environment which has a clear view to apply the standards of quality.
Objectives:
The unit aims to:

Work on the regularity of the study and tests in college.
- Prepare exams' schedules in a manner consistent with the students' abilities so that they can benefit from the educational process.
- Provide support and assistance to students and working on their problems and suggestions concerning the schedules of classes and exams.
- Contribute to the implementation of development plans in the Vice-Deanship of Educational and Academic Affairs in order to achieve the vision and mission of the college.
- Coordinate with the academic departments in the Deanship to facilitate their work related to the educational process.
Tasks:
- Preparing schedules for classes and final exams in coordination with the academic departments.
- Entering students' timetables in the academic system.
- Preparing the final exams schedules and determining the exam rooms taking into consideration the number of students attending the exam.
- Preparing follow-up schedules for the classes and handing them over to the follow-up unit.
- Locating alternative exam rooms in case some of the main ones are occupied with activities
