Strategic Direction:
Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University launched its second strategic plan in 2019 with the aim of defining the future direction of the university and enhancing its academic and research growth and excellence. Through the integrated efforts of the university’s various sectors, the university has strengthened its academic and research standing, achieved notable progress in institutional performance, and enhanced its community services.
The university has also witnessed continuous development in strategic planning practices, which has contributed to reviewing and evaluating its institutional status and supporting strategic decision-making in ways that enhance performance efficiency and achieve institutional excellence.
In light of the accelerating changes and developments at both the national and international levels, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University has been working during the reporting year on developing its strategic directions to ensure alignment with the latest trends and challenges in the higher education sector, while improving the quality of educational and research outcomes. In parallel, the university is collaborating with the Ministry’s Universities Leadership Team to formulate its new specialized institutional identity, thereby enhancing the clarity of its strategic direction and reinforcing priority areas of excellence.
