Vision

To qualify the college staff in the majors of sciences and humanities, and to provide distinguished research projects which contribute to society development. This all occur in in a scientific and motivating environment, qualified human resources, and a supporting, system of administration and finance.

Mission 

To highly sharpen the skills and qualifications of the college staff in order to place the college in the scientific and educational forefront and develop the knowledge of the community.                  

Goals 

- To develop the supportive and managerial system of the college.

- To support and improve the scientific research based on the international standards of quality.

- To professionally assist the community by providing sustainable and integrative partnerships.

- To refine the academic programs to conform to the national and global criteria of quality and academic accreditation.

- To achieve quality in education, and to highly take part in the labor market competition.
