Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, through its General Administration of Human Resources, has launched the Graduate Training Program in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). The initiative is designed to provide bachelor’s degree graduates with high-quality training opportunities that enhance their practical skills and prepare them to enter the labor market.
The six-month program offers training opportunities across a range of fields, including Information Technology, Graphic Design, Engineering, Medical and Health Sciences, and Occupational Safety and Health. Participants will receive a monthly allowance of SAR 3,000 provided by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
The General Administration of Human Resources noted that applications are open in accordance with the approved eligibility requirements and conditions through the HRDF electronic portal. Applications will be accepted until September 1, 2026.
The program reflects the University’s commitment, through the General Administration of Human Resources, to developing national talent and strengthening collaboration with organizations that support employment, training, and professional development. It also seeks to enhance graduates’ readiness for the labor market by providing them with valuable professional experience aligned with current workforce needs, while contributing to the achievement of national development goals.
