Open Data Policy
Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU) has adopted the open data concept to provide relevant data and information about the university to all visitors, including research centers, faculty members, and students. The data available in the open data library is usable and reusable in formats such as XLS and XML. This feature allows visitors to access the data and enables related entities to link and process this information through XML files.
By offering open data and information, PSAU aims to raise awareness among all beneficiaries regarding its statistics, reports, studies, and more. This initiative promotes enthusiastic participation from an informed and knowledgeable community. The university also recognizes that, in addition to enriching public engagement, open data enhances transparency between the university and related entities.
