Course entitled 'Self-Management Skills'

The Development and Quality Unit, represented by the Development and Excellence Unit at the Faculty of Arts in Wadi Al-Dawasir, organized a course entitled "Self-Management Skills". The workshop includes skills to deal with stress, control emotions, motivate oneself and work to achieve personal and academic goals.
