As part of its summer programs aimed at fostering students’ psychological well-being and enhancing their quality of life, the Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Guidance and Counseling Department, organized a training program entitled “Your Balanced Summer” on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. The program was held as part of the University’s series of awareness and development initiatives offered during the summer break.
The training session was delivered by Ms. Amal Mahmoud Hababi, who addressed several key topics emphasizing the importance of achieving psychological balance, promoting mental well-being, and developing life skills that contribute to improving overall quality of life. The program also introduced practical strategies to help participants manage life’s pressures positively and adopt a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
This program reflects Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality initiatives that raise awareness of mental health, support students’ well-being, and contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by providing a supportive university environment that promotes students’ mental wellness while making productive use of the summer break through enriching educational and developmental programs.
