The Deanship of Admission and Registration at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University announces the commencement of the distribution of graduation documents and academic records to students of the University’s colleges in Al-Kharj Governorate, starting Sunday, 10/03/1448 AH, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., according to the following schedule:
Sunday, 10/03/1448 AH: College of Computer Engineering and Sciences + College of Engineering.
Monday, 11/03/1448 AH: College of Pharmacy + College of Sciences and Humanities.
Tuesday, 12/03/1448 AH: College of Business Administration + College of Education.
Wednesday, 13/03/1448 AH: Applied College.
Thursday, 14/03/1448 AH: Reserved for students who missed their scheduled distribution dates.
Distribution Schedule for Female Students.
Graduation documents for female students:
At the colleges in Al-Kharj and Al-Dilam will be distributed at the respective colleges, starting Monday, 11/03/1448 AH.
Distribution Schedule at Branch Colleges:
Graduation documents for male and female students at the University’s branch colleges in Hawtat Bani Tamim, Al-Aflaj, As Sulayyil, and Wadi Al-Dawasir will be distributed at the respective college premises, starting Tuesday, 12/03/1448 AH.
Important Notice:
The Deanship of Admission and Registration emphasizes that all students must complete the electronic clearance process and print the clearance document. Students must also present the original National ID for Saudi citizens or the original residency permit (Iqama) for non-Saudi students when collecting their graduation documents.
