Under the patronage of His Excellency the University President, Professor Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamim, the College of Sciences and Humanities, represented by the Preparatory Year Unit, is organizing an orientation meeting for new university students for the 1448 AH academic year.
Date and Time:
Sunday, August 23, 2026, corresponding to 10 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1448 AH, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Meeting Platform:
The meeting will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams.

9:30–9:35 a.m. — Introduction.
9:36–9:45 a.m. — Address by His Excellency the University President.
9:45–10:15 a.m. — Preparatory Year Session.
10:15–10:45 a.m. — Deanship of Admission and Registration Session.
10:45–11:15 a.m. — Deanship of Student Affairs Session.
11:15–11:45 a.m. — General Administration of Information Technology Session.
11:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m. — Deanship of Educational Services Session.

Graduation Documents and Academic Records Distribution Schedule
The Deanship of Admission and Registration at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University announces the commencement of the distribution of graduation documents and academic records to students of the University’s colleges in Al-Kharj Governorate, starting Sunday, 10/03/1448 AH, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., according to the following schedule:
Sunday, 10/03/1448 AH: College of Computer Engineering and Sciences + College of Engineering.
Monday, 11/03/1448 AH: College of Pharmacy + College of Sciences and Humanities.
Tuesday, 12/03/1448 AH: College of Business Administration + College of Education.
Wednesday, 13/03/1448 AH: Applied College.
Thursday, 14/03/1448 AH: Reserved for students who missed their scheduled distribution dates.
Distribution Schedule for Female Students.
Graduation documents for female students:
At the colleges in Al-Kharj and Al-Dilam will be distributed at the respective colleges, starting Monday, 11/03/1448 AH.
Distribution Schedule at Branch Colleges:
Graduation documents for male and female students at the University’s branch colleges in Hawtat Bani Tamim, Al-Aflaj, As Sulayyil, and Wadi Al-Dawasir will be distributed at the respective college premises, starting Tuesday, 12/03/1448 AH.
Important Notice:
The Deanship of Admission and Registration emphasizes that all students must complete the electronic clearance process and print the clearance document. Students must also present the original National ID for Saudi citizens or the original residency permit (Iqama) for non-Saudi students when collecting their graduation documents.
Availability of the Class Schedule for the First Semester of the 1448 AH Academic Year
The Deanship of Admission and Registration at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University announces the availability of the class schedule and offered courses for the first semester of the 1448 AH academic year through the Student Academic Services Portal.
Students can access the portal to view their class schedules, registered courses, lecture times, available sections, and offered courses, and verify their schedule details before the start of the academic term.
The Deanship urges all students to access the Academic Services Portal, review their class schedules, verify the accuracy of their registration details, and check the courses offered in accordance with the approved study plans.

Activation of the Visiting Students Portal for the First Semester of the 1448 AH Academic Year
Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University announces the activation of the Visiting Students Portal for the first semester of the 1448 AH academic year, available until Saturday, 9 Rabi’ Al-Awwal 1448 AH.
The portal allows students to submit visiting student requests in the following cases:
Visiting from one college to another within the University.
Visiting from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University to another university.
Visiting from another university to Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
Applications can be submitted through the Visiting Students Portal.
Registration Opens for Student Housing for the First Semester of the 1448 AH Academic Year
Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, announces the opening of electronic registration for student housing for the first semester of the 1448 AH academic year through the Academic Services Portal.
The deadline for registration is Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
Students wishing to register are invited to access the Academic Services Portal.
Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University Launches Tuwaiq Club to Enhance Students’ Technical Skills
Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University has launched Tuwaiq Club, with the support of Tuwaiq Academy, as a technical initiative targeting university students. The initiative aims to develop their skills in emerging technology fields and empower them to meet the evolving demands of the labor market.
The club provides students with access to technical programs and labs, professional certifications, and technical communities, while enhancing their employment prospects after graduation through diverse learning tracks, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and smart robotics, data science, programming, emerging technologies, application development, digital manufacturing, technology entrepreneurship, and virtual worlds.

Opening of applications for the free associate diploma program in culinary arts and skills
It is pleased to announce that Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, in collaboration with the Culinary Arts Commission, is opening applications for the free associate diploma program in culinary arts and skills, offered by the Applied College in Al-Kharj Governorate, for interested applicants wishing to register and benefit from the program.
Invitation to Participate in Summer Activities
The Deanship of Student Affairs at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University invites all students to participate in a diverse range of summer programs and activities designed to make the most of the summer break by developing skills, promoting mental well-being, nurturing talents, and enriching the overall student experience within an engaging and supportive learning environment.
The program features four main activity tracks, including sports competitions such as the Six-a-Side Indoor Football Championship, Chess Championship, and Baloot Championship. It also includes programs for gifted students, highlighted by a specialized training camp for gifted participants.
In addition, the summer activities include guidance and mental health programs, featuring the Your Summer, Your Balance mental well-being course (Quality of Life), the Your Life is a Trust awareness lecture, as well as educational workshops and seminars, including a workshop on managing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), a nutrition awareness workshop, and the Smart Traveler lecture.
The Deanship emphasized that participation in these activities provides students with valuable opportunities to develop their skills, benefit from a variety of high-quality programs, and receive certificates of attendance. Students are encouraged to register and take part in the summer activities to make the most of the diverse programs offered during the vacation.
Opening of Admission for Graduate Programs for the Second Semester of 1447 AH
Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, represented by the Deanship of Research and Graduate Studies, has announced the opening of admissions to its graduate programs for the second semester of the academic year 1447 AH.
The offered programs include two doctoral programs, 29 master’s programs, and two higher diploma programs. Applications must be submitted through the Admissions Portal during the period from 09/06/1447 AH to 20/06/1447 AH.
