Opening of Admission for Graduate Programs for the Second Semester of 1447 AH

Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, represented by the Deanship of Research and Graduate Studies, has announced the opening of admissions to its graduate programs for the second semester of the academic year 1447 AH.
The offered programs include two doctoral programs, 29 master’s programs, and two higher diploma programs. Applications must be submitted through the Admissions Portal during the period from 09/06/1447 AH to 20/06/1447 AH.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week

Under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamim, the Deanship of Student Affairs, in collaboration with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Accelerator, will host Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week from May 11 to 14, 2026.
The program includes the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exhibition, taking place on May 11 and 12, 2026, at the College of Engineering from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in addition to a series of online workshops held from May 12 to 14, 2026.

Career Empowerment Days Event

The College of Engineering and Computer Science is organizing the Professional Empowerment Days event under the gracious patronage of His Excellency the University President, Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamimi, with the participation of several public and private sector entities. This initiative reflects the college’s ongoing efforts to enhance students’ readiness for the labor market, broaden their professional horizons, and align educational outcomes with the needs of various sectors.

The program aims to empower students to explore employment and training opportunities and gain insight into labor market requirements through meetings, workshops, and specialized contributions from participating entities, thereby supporting their academic and professional development.

The event is scheduled to take place on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 12:30 p.m., at the College of Engineering Theater in the University City, with an expected attendance of male and female students, as well as individuals interested in professional development and employment opportunities.

Agenticthon, AI Agents Hackathon

The College of Engineering and Computer Science at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University is pleased to organize Agenticthon, an AI Agents Hackathon, under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamim. The event will take place from May 7 to 9, 2026, at the University City Sports Hall.
Agenticthon seeks to inspire innovation and empower participants to create practical, AI-powered solutions using agent-based technologies. The hackathon will feature several key tracks, including intelligent tutors, smart assistants and chatbots, agent-to-agent interaction, multi-agent systems, and AI agents, with total prizes amounting to SAR 200,000.

National Values & Intellectual Awareness Forum

Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University will host a forum on the role of government entities in promoting national values and fostering intellectual awareness. The event will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the University Auditorium, Building 6.
The forum comes as part of the University’s efforts to shed light on the contributions of government entities to strengthening national values and enhancing intellectual awareness.

University Excellence and Creativity Award for Sectors and Affiliates

Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, represented by the General Secretariat of the Excellence and Innovation Awards, has announced the launch of the Excellence and Innovation Award for university staff in its current cycle, reflecting the University’s commitment to leadership and the enhancement of performance practices.
The award aims to recognize the efforts of University staff and promote positive competition across five main tracks, targeting faculty members, employees, colleges, deanships, departments, and administrative units.

University to Celebrate the Graduation of Its 17th Cohort of Female Graduates

Under the gracious patronage of Her Highness Princess Noura bint Mohammed Al Saud, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University will hold the graduation ceremony for its 17th cohort of female students on Sunday, April 26, 2026, for the academic year 1447 AH. The ceremony will take place at the Sports Stadium in the University City, celebrating its graduates and marking the culmination of an academic journey distinguished by achievement, dedication, and excellence.

The ceremony will take place at the Sports Stadium in the University City, celebrating the graduates and recognizing their academic achievements throughout their university journey.

Digital Innovation Hackathon, Towards an Innovative University Life

Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, represented by The General Administration of IT, is organizing the Digital Innovation Hackathon under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamim.
The hackathon will be held from Friday to Sunday, April 17–19, 2026, at the University City Auditorium, Building 6, under the theme: “An Innovative University Experience.”
