These priorities aim to guide research and innovation efforts toward addressing national and global challenges while promoting sustainable development.
The Human Health priority focuses on improving quality of life and advancing healthcare through innovative solutions for diseases, enhanced digital healthcare services, and biotechnology development.
The Environment and Essential Needs Sustainability priority aims to protect the environment and ensure the sustainable availability of essential resources by advancing water, food, and clean energy technologies, while reducing carbon emissions.
The Energy and Industrial Leadership priority seeks to strengthen the Kingdom’s global position in energy and industry through the development of renewable energy sources, support for advanced industries, and sustainable growth of the mining sector.
