Objectives:
- Encourage faculty members to excel in scientific research.
- Direct faculty members at the university to publish in high-impact scientific journals.
- Contribute to increasing the number of citations for researchers affiliated with Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
Funding Amount:
Up to 25,000 SAR.
Project Duration:
The timeline for preparing and publishing the research is nine months.
Conditions and Regulations:
- The principal investigator must be a faculty member at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
- The research proposal, or any part of it, must not have been previously published or funded by any entity, either inside or outside the university.
- The research must be published in a journal classified in the first or second quartile (Q1 or Q2) in the Scopus database.
- The research must not have been submitted to the journal before the project support contract is signed.
- The research team must include the following acknowledgment in all resulting publications:
"This project was funded by the Deanship of Scientific Research at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University award number.............." - The project will not be closed, and financial entitlements will not be disbursed until the research and acknowledgment are published in the Scopus database.
Priority for support is given to researchers who are not currently involved in other ongoing research projects as a principal investigator.
