This Agreement defines the responsibilities and obligations of both Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University and the beneficiary of the digital services (the “Beneficiary”), and sets out the quality standards governing the services provided through the University’s electronic portal. Accessing the electronic portal or using any of its services constitutes explicit and binding acceptance of all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and supersedes any prior conflicting understanding or agreement related to the provision of such services.
1. Data Protection and Privacy
- The University is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information and protecting the personal data of beneficiaries in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Service Delivery in Accordance with Quality Standards
- The University shall make every reasonable effort to provide accurate, reliable, and high-quality electronic services.
3. Legal and Technical Oversight
- The University shall ensure the monitoring of all electronic systems and applications in order to prevent misuse, tampering, or unauthorized access.
1. Registration and Account Use
- Registration must be completed in accordance with the procedures adopted by the University, and all submitted information must be true and accurate.
- Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in the exclusion of the application without prior notice.
- The Beneficiary bears full responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided and for the use of the portal, and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Beneficiary shall be subject to legal accountability in the event of any violation.
2. Submission and Follow-up of Requests
- The Beneficiary shall be notified of the status of the request through the registered email address or through the Beneficiary’s account on the portal.
- The University may reject or cancel any request that does not meet the required conditions or that violates the applicable laws and regulations.
3. Compliance with the Terms
- The Beneficiary’s access to the electronic portal constitutes explicit and binding acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations and full legal responsibility for any violation.
1. Amendment of the Agreement
- The University reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after such amendments have been published shall constitute implied acceptance of the updated version.
2. Legal Framework
- This Agreement shall be governed by all laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, the Personal Data Protection Law, and any other relevant laws and regulations.
3. Beneficiary Compliance
- Any breach by the Beneficiary of the provisions of this Agreement shall entitle the University to cancel the request, suspend the service, or take any necessary legal action without incurring any liability whatsoever.
