First: Faculty Housing
Faculty housing is divided into two categories: (A) and (B).
- Category A Housing:
This consists of 8 buildings, each with 4 floors, totaling 32 housing units. - Category B Housing:
This consists of 25 buildings. Among them, 22 buildings have 5 floors, with 2 housing units per floor, and 3 buildings have 4 floors, also with 2 housing units per floor, making a total of 244 housing units.

Second: Student Housing
The university campus of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University includes five residential units for students. Each unit covers an area of 3,900 square meters and consists of three floors. Every unit contains 110 rooms, each room accommodating three students, meaning each unit houses a total of 330 students. The total capacity of the five units is 1,650 students. Additionally, each unit features a 200 m² game room and a 125 m² multipurpose hall, along with 12 lounges in each building.

The university has carefully selected the facilities and services in the housing units to meet the students' needs, providing a healthy and socially conducive environment for studying and academic achievement. Likewise, faculty housing is equipped with the latest amenities to provide a modern and comfortable living environment that supports the academic process.
The university’s Housing Department was established as an independent unit responsible for implementing university policies related to providing suitable housing for faculty members and students, as well as facilitating and managing housing services.
