How do I request or change an extension number?
Requesting or changing an extension number is done by the designated coordinator in the department.

Network devices, including desk phones, are requested by the person authorized to "Request Material Release" in the department through the "Material Request Service" in the Resources system.
This can be done through the "QR Code" service.
Access the service through the following link: 2000.psau.edu.sa
Select "Electronic Management Systems" > "QR Code" > Request the service.
After logging in, the "Short Link" service will appear.
Enter the link to be shortened > Click on "Shorten."

Enter the link, text content, or upload the file > Create a QR code after selecting the appropriate colors and design.
Save the code in the required format.

Select "Permissions" > "Electronic Portals Permissions" > "Website Content Management and Editing Permission."
Enter the required information > Submit the request.
The request will be received and processed by the relevant personnel in the General Directorate of Information Technology after the necessary approvals.
This can be done through the "Modify Email Permissions for Department" service.
Access the service through the following link: 2000.psau.edu.sa
Select "Permissions" > "Email Permissions" > "Modify Email Permissions for Department."
Enter the required information > Submit the request.
The request will be received and processed by the relevant personnel in the General Directorate of Information Technology after the necessary approvals.
This can be done through the "Mass Email Sending Permission" service.
Access the service through the following link: 2000.psau.edu.sa
Select "Permissions" > "Email Permissions" > "Request Mass Email Sending Permission."
Enter the required information > Submit the request.
The request will be received and processed by the relevant personnel in the General Directorate of Information Technology after the necessary approvals.
