Employees cannot change their name in Arabic by themselves. However, if there is an error in the Arabic name or if the name has been changed with the Civil Affairs, the employee should contact the General Directorate of Human Resources.

Students cannot change their name in Arabic by themselves. However, if there is an error in the Arabic name or if the name has been changed with the Civil Affairs, the student should contact the Deanship of Admissions and Registration.

Through the Single Sign-On service.

Access the service through the following link: accounts.psau.edu.sa

Select the account type that matches the employee's position > Next.

Enter the required information.

Agree to the Email and Mailing List Policy and the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

Submit the form.

Once the account is approved by the relevant personnel, the university email will be created automatically. An SMS will be sent to the employee's mobile number with the university account details (username and password).

The university account and email are automatically created after the issuance of the student ID numbers.

The university email format is as follows: Student ID number followed by the university domain for students.

Example: 446XXXXXX@std.psau.edu.sa

It takes between 1 and 7 business days.

The processing time ranges from 2 to 15 business days.
