How can I request the installation of a computer, printer, or scanner?
This can be done through the "Computer and Accessories Service," which is available to faculty members and employees for university-owned devices.
Access the service through the following link: 2000.psau.edu.sa
Select "Technical Services" > "Computer and Accessories Service" > "Request Service."
Enter the required information and provide a detailed description > Submit the request.
The request will be received and processed by the relevant personnel in the General Directorate of Information Technology.
